		<description>While there is still much science we don't fully understand, we mustn't dwell on that but on action in the context of what we do understand - that we, humanity, is assisting in climate change in a way that it undesirable for many civilizations on the planet. As well as the excellent Stern and Garnaut reports that I recommend for good reading there is also a new-ish website at www.climatechangetriage.net that should be a good vehicle to involve us, the taxpayers and voters, in how we can best use our constrained resources (especialy money and time)</description>
