Water drops
by Francis Scudellari
Water drops
le(a)d into water
falling
Down, sinks to/o
burdened seas, un-told
seeing
One half, weighed
when whole, a world to/o
having
Oceans stretched
to/in-capac’ty
filling
Carbon fed
(s)mothers life on life
feeding
Un-linked, chains
broken, an(d) un-known
knowing
When un-loosed
up, lost, our own un-
doing
