Adding to the groundbreaking nature of WILD9, The WILD Foundation, and its world-wide partners, will be using a wide array of digital and social media tools to share the World Wilderness Congress with the entire world.
In addition to live blogging and tweeting from Merida, WILD9 will have a dedicated channel on Qik, enabling delegates in attendance to stream live video from their cell phone. Similarly, WILD9 will also have a dedicated channel on USTREAM which will broadcast key sessions from speakers such as Jane Goodall, Pavan Sukhdev, and Stephen Harding, just to name a few.
Lastly, there will be a WILD9 splash page which will serve as a collection of all the live content. A live twitter feed, blog feed, daily schedule, live videos and slideshows will all be posted. For delegates in attendance and those unable to make the trip, the WILD9 LIVE page will be the best place for information during WILD9.
